I always wanted a polka-dotted shirt . . .

. . . and you can never have too many denim skirts. I don't care what you say. Make as many "you might be a Pentecostal" jokes as you want. lol!

I'm the type that can't wait to wear new stuff that I buy (see previous post). I'm sorry. It's a tragic flaw. Don't ever cast me as the hero in a Shakespearean tragedy.

Love the shirt! Would you believe, Chantelle, that I don't own a jean skirt? I don't have anything "jean" anymore. I'm not sure why but I do have a multitude of BLACK skirts of ALL kinds. Ya can't ever have too many black skirts, in my humble opinion! I may have to look around for a new jean skirt or two, but I am rather picky. I'll keep you posted.

lol! That's great, Jewel! More proof that stereotypes don't always hold true. ;-)

Thanks for the compliment on the shirt; however, I'm reconsidering whether I'll ever wear it to work again. I wore it today, and I kid you not, like everyone made some kind of comment about how skinny I am. "Girl, what did you eat for Thanksgiving? Cottage cheese?" I know I could have it a lot worse, lol, but it was really starting to bother me . . . I was thinking it must be the belt. One lady said, "That's not a belt, that's a bracelet around your waist." I know I'm small, but I'm not that skinny, geez. I've seen some anorexic-looking types around here, and I know I'm not to that point, neither would I want to be. I think it's super unattractive. Yeesh.

I totally bought a polka-dotted dress the other day! I wear it with a red belt and a red head band. I feel very 1960’s chic! :o)
